8. How do I place an order?


We have derived 5 easy steps to facilitate your transaction.

(4) Please include your confirmed shipping address in your Paypal purchase payment by simply selecting the default "Ship to" option. Please note that your order will be processed quickly with a confirmed shipping address.

9. How can I track my order status?


You can track your order status by simply logging on to our website to check with our customer representatives. And for powerleveling order, you can check on 'pl report' page of our website.


10. What happens if I entered a wrong Character name or selected the Wrong server?

Under such instances, there is no call for Panic. Simply log on to our website and contact any of our customer representatives In order to expedite the process, please furnish us with your actual desired Character name, Server name and followed by your Paypal address. We will then rectify the error and will execute delivery according to the new information provided by you.




11. How long do I have to wait for your delivery?


Delivery usually occurs within the first hour after payment has been received. We are trying our best to send the gold to you ASAP. 22. I forgot to include my Confirmed shipping address. What Should I do?


Please visit and log into the same Paypal account that you placed your order from. Click on the "Send money" tab and input the necessary information followed by clicking on the "Continue" button and look under shipping information. Leave the "Ship to" information as default.


23. Why is my shipping address unconfirmed?


PayPal uses an Automated Verification System to verify credit card billing addresses that are entered on the system. An address is confirmed if it is associated with a credit card or can be independently verified by PayPal. Gift Addresses and addresses associated with a Switch or Solo debit card cannot be confirmed. Currently, our system cannot verify most non-U.S. credit card billing addresses.

24. What is a pending e-check, and why do I need to wait for it to clear?


A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal. A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically. Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the senders account. Once the check has cleared, the money is transferred to WowGoldGate account and then delivery can take place immediately thereafter.


25. How do I avoid sending an e-check?


An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 day delay. To avoid sending an e-check, first complete the verification process for your account, and then make sure the funds are present in Paypal before you place an order. 26. I've sent an e-check, but I did not mean to. How do I cancel it?
